A consumer may request a return of an item within 48 hours of receipt. The returned merchandise must be undamaged and free of any signs of wear and tear. It is essential to maintain the integrity of all identifiers, containers, and invoices to ensure a successful return. If any of these items are missing, it may be impossible to process the return.

Moreover, consumers can request a return by accessing their personal page and selecting the product return option. When we receive the return request, we will provide further instructions. Refund Procedure
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we have a simple refund policy in effect. Exchange Policy

A consumer may only exchange an item if our company made a mistake. If the product you receive is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will replace it immediately.
